Ways to work with me.

There is more than one door in. Which one fits depends on where you are in your healing, how you like to learn, what you can spend, and where in the world you live. Have a read through the services below and see which one sounds like you.

Before you book

Questions I'm asked most.

If you are a resident of Ontario, Canada, with insurance coverage for physiotherapy services, you can submit to your benefits for one-to-one pelvic floor physiotherapy care.

Online courses and coaching are not physiotherapy services and cannot be submitted to insurance.

As a physiotherapist, I have a variety of different ways to evaluate. After two years of virtual pelvic floor physiotherapy during the pandemic, I developed skills to assess without any hands-on work at all.

While an internal vaginal or rectal exam may give me more accurate detail about your pelvic floor, it is not necessary for me to help you. We will always discuss the options for assessment and treatment so that you can decide what works for you.

If you have any specific test results or notes from your doctor, those are helpful to bring with you. Otherwise all you need to do is bring yourself, an open mind to learn, and comfortable clothes.

The short answer is no.

The long answer is that, as a physiotherapist, there is no problem if you are on your period. It won’t impact our assessment or treatment, and we can make appropriate changes if required.

We accept cash clients. We don’t offer discounts on our services, but there are a number of ways to access information and support at a lower cost.

Start with the free mini bladder training. If you need more detail, exercises and support after that, take the self-paced online course — it gives you the information and exercises I teach clients in person, without the one-to-one individualised care. And if you’re still feeling stuck after the course, you can see me one-to-one, but instead of going over all the basics we can jump straight into what’s keeping you there.

In order for me to accommodate everyone who needs support, I ask for 24 hours notice. This gives me time to schedule someone else in your place and keeps my services at their current cost.

Things come up outside our control, so we offer one grace for a late cancellation. A second late cancellation is charged at 50% of the visit fee, and a third at 100%. A no-show — not calling or emailing at all and missing the appointment entirely — is charged at 50% for the first and 100% for the second. Cancellation and no-show fees cannot be submitted to insurance.

Not sure which one

If you can't tell which door is yours, just ask me.

Book a free 15-minute discovery call and we’ll work out together whether one-to-one care, coaching or the course is the right starting point.
